We clear specified items from an apartment, cellar or attic. Belongings to keep remain separate from items for disposal.

Mark what to keep, pass on or remove
A room list and photos help establish the scope. Set aside personal papers and keepsakes, and identify undecided items. Decisions remain with you or the authorised person. Include the attic, cellar, balcony and garage. Where several people are involved, name one person authorised to approve removal.
Include access and disposal in the quote
Heavy furniture, long carries and unavailable parking affect the work. We agree dismantling and disposal separately. Special materials and items require their acceptance conditions and responsibilities checked. Clearance does not automatically cover every substance or provide a credit for reusable furniture.
State the condition needed for the handover
If the flat also needs final cleaning, request it as a separate service. Give key and inspection dates and any outstanding work. A swept, empty property and a full end-of-tenancy clean are different requirements; the quote should make clear which one is agreed.
What to include in your enquiry
- Room and item list with photos
- Clear authority for removal or disposal
- Access and the required handover condition
Questions customers ask
Can you clear just a cellar or one room?
Yes. The area and items are agreed specifically.
Is final cleaning always included?
No. It can be requested additionally with its own scope.
