Household clearance
When a home must be fully cleared, we organise removal and the practical sorting of belongings according to the authorised person’s decisions.

Choose a person authorised to give instructions
Separate belongings into keeping, passing on, storage and disposal. Set aside papers, keys, keepsakes and undecided items. If an estate or several relatives are involved, clarify who may authorise removal before work begins. A clearance enquiry does not establish legal authority over the contents.
Include every room and collection point
A household may also include an attic, cellar, garage, workshop or separate storage unit. Photos and a rough inventory help us assess dismantling, transport and disposal. Unusual contents require separate assessment. Purchase of valuable items or a credit against the price is considered only where expressly agreed.
Plan backwards from the property return
Tell us when the premises must be empty and what condition is required. Final cleaning can be quoted separately. Where decisions are still pending, several agreed stages may be useful. The quote records the clearance, delivery and cleaning tasks you have selected.
What to include in your enquiry
