After you accept our quote for a home move, we provide moving boxes free of charge. Delivery and collection of the boxes are charged. We agree the quantity, availability and return with you. Label boxes and destination room doors consistently.
Coordinate the steps
You can add furniture assembly, packing and end-of-tenancy cleaning with a handover guarantee. For the agreed cleaning service, we attend the property handover. If further cleaning is required, our team leader on site takes care of it.

Included in your move
Staff, vehicle, furniture and floor protection, plus packing materials when needed, are included. Packing services, assembly needs and additional work are listed in your quote.
Welto arranges parking
We organise the parking reservations needed for your move. Give us both addresses, access details and building rules. You do not need to arrange the reservation yourself.
How you receive your quote
We call you after your enquiry and recommend a free, no-obligation survey. Alternatively, show us the property on a video call or send photos or a short video.
Hourly rate, fixed price or cost cap
After the survey, we agree on the appropriate pricing model. Volume, distance, floors, lift access, carrying distances, dismantling and additional services determine the work involved.
Label boxes and rooms
Unless you book a packing service, pack your belongings into the plastic boxes provided. Use removable labels naming the destination room. Mark the doors at your new home with matching numbers or colours.
