Label the desk equipment, monitor and work documents by destination room. Keep essential papers accessible. Agree packing, desk dismantling and any technical tasks separately so that the equipment needed first is easy to identify.
Send both addresses, your preferred date and a household overview, with photos of large furniture and difficult access. Include ancillary rooms and any cleaning requirement and inspection date in the same enquiry.
Include your key dates and tell us which furniture or work equipment needs to be available first.
